Mr. John Ellis leads the Defense Industrial Base Cybersecurity Assessment Center (DIBCAC), the Department of Defense’s center responsible for ensuring contractor compliance with CMMC 2.0 and DFARS. DIBCAC is the leading organization that audits defense contractors as well as organizations intending to become CMMC auditors (C3PAOs).
